πΏ The Hashkafic Orientation Assessment

Discover Your Natural Torah Worldview
Every Jew lives with a unique inner orientation β the way they think, feel, approach Torah, understand avodah, and relate to the world. The Hashkafic Orientation Assessment was created to help you discover that inner compass with clarity and depth.
This is not a test of observance or knowledge. It is a way to understand how your soul naturally leans.
What This Assessment Measures
The test identifies your resonance with four major Torah worldviews:
π¦ Chassidic
Rooted in simchah, dveikut inner avodah, and a deeply unified spiritual outlook.
π© Litvish / Yeshivish
Built on rigorous Torah learning, clear thinking, and disciplined halachic focus.
π§ Dati Leumi
Integrating Torah, nationhood, and a sense of responsibility toward Am Yisrael and Eretz Yisrael.
π¨ Modern Orthodox
Balancing Torah life with thoughtful engagement in the modern world and its opportunities.
Most people resonate with more than one β and the assessment reflects that.
How It Works
Youβll answer 40 simple statements, choosing how much you agree or disagree (1β5 scale).
Each statement reflects a value or intuition connected to one or more orientations.
After submitting:
- Your responses are automatically analyzed
- Your scores are normalized for accuracy
- A custom report is generated
- A PDF is emailed directly to you
This happens instantly.
Your Results Include
Primary Orientation
The worldview you most naturally lean toward.
Secondary Orientation
A strong additional influence on your thinking and values.
Hybrid Indicator
If your top two orientations are close, the report will classify you as a Hybrid, acknowledging your integrated style.
Why Chassidic Wins Tie-Breaks (When Scores Match)
If all scores are perfectly equal β a rare but possible pattern β the assessment uses a standard psychometric rule: the most structurally cohesive worldview is chosen as primary.
Chassidut represents the most unified and internally consistent orientation (theology, psychology, avodah, emotional posture, hashgachah pratit), so it is used as the tie-breaker. This ensures consistency and interpretive clarity.
(Your secondary orientation still appears right underneath it.)
What This Test Is Not
- It does not measure religiosity
- It does not judge anyoneβs level
- It does not determine right or wrong
- It does not classify by community or denomination
It is simply a tool for self-knowledge β a way to better understand your inner Torah voice.
